Something for the kids

Madame Pamplemousse By Rupert Kingfisher and illustrated by Sue Hellard. These charming book come in hardback and paperback editions. The hardback ones are the ones pictured  below.

These books are about a girl called Madeleine, who is talented in cooking. Book one is when Madeleine meets her two friends, Madame Pamplemousse, and her cat Camembert. While her parents are away, Madelein is forced to stay with her uncle in his restaurant, The Squealing Pig. Although Madeleine has new friends, can she stop her uncle from trying to find the recipe for Madame Pamplemousse's top secret Edible?

Book two is about a time travelling machine. Madeleine and her friends Madame Pamplemousse, and her cat Camembert have to go back in time to find one very important ingredient. But can they stop the time travelling machine from getting into the wrong hands?

Book three is the lastest one out, this one about a sweet shop like no other! While Madeleine is being bullied at school, there is a woman that doesn't like the thought of Madeleine of becoming famous for her cooking! Can Madame Pamplemousse and Camembert save her? This story tells the hiden background and Madame Pamplemousse and how she become the lady she is today.

This stories are wondeful fairy tales that both children and adults will enjoy (especially if you just want a quick read).
